Conductor Bar is a safe and reliable method to deliver electric power to cranes. Multiple systems are available for any need between 100 and 1,500 amps.
Safe-Lec 2 Conductor Bar
SAFE-LEC 2 ® V-Contact Conductor Bar System - the new standard in overhead crane electrification. SL 2 is ideal for monorail and material handling system electrification as well.
Safe-Lec 2 provides these great benefits:
Positive Tracking - "V-contact" in the bar guides the shoe and provides continuous conductivity. Collector arms articulate in a wide range of motion to help keep the collector shoe in contact with the rail.
Safe Insulation - Conductor bar is insulated for IP2 "finger-safe" operation.
Bolted Splice - a postive connection that cannot pull apart over time.

The Conductix-Wampfler Hevi-Bar II Conductor Bar System delivers the kind of reliable, high-capacity crane rail electric service needed by factories, mills, storage yards, people movers, and other rigorous applications.
Hevi-Bar II features:
Effective Heat Dissipation - uses surface area rather than mass to dissipate heat generated by high current conditions
Mounting versatility - can be mounted with the bars next to one another (horizontal) or one above the other (vertical)
A choice of Insulating Covers - standard orange PVC, green PVC for the bonding (ground) conductor bar (500 amp only), black UV-resistant PVC for outdoor use, and medium or high heat versions to withstand higher ambient temperatures

Spring Drive Cable Reels
The 1400, 1900 and 2400 Series PowerReels® are high-performance cable reels suitable for many industrial applications. You won't find more ruggedly built cable reels in the industry! They are ideal for all types of industrial power requirements - drop lights and receptacle boxes, extendable conveyor control cables, overhead hoists, truck cranes, ladder trucks, and overhead cranes.
You won't have any problems with regulatory agencies - all of the PowerReels® are UL and CSA listed to NEMA 4 standards (outdoor use).
Mill Duty Cable Reels
The most rugged member of our spring reel family is the RhinoReel, designed to handle the demands of mill applications, such as magnet cranes, grapples, or transfer cars. The reel features a patented “linear spring motor” that offers three times the life of traditional power springs.
Motor Drive Cable Reels
Optimal corrosion protection even in tough environments. Flanges and reel drum are manufactured from hot dip galvanized steel.
